Grab your slow cooker for this quick and easy-to-make soup recipe!

 

 

Ingredients

  • 1-1/2 cups canned or frozen corn, drained if cannedCorn and black bean soup in a bowl with bread on the side.

  • 2 cups canned black beans, drained and rinsed

  • 2 cups no salt added canned stewed tomatoes, undrained

  • 2 cups no salt added canned diced tomatoes, undrained

  • 4 green onions, sliced

  • 1 small or 1/2 large green pepper, sliced

  • 4 ribs celery, diced

  • 3 tablespoons chili powder

  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin

  • 1 clove garlic, chopped

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a slow cooker.
  2. Cover and cook on HIGH 5 to 6 hours or on LOW 8 to 9 hours.
