Tired of plain, bland healthy food? Add extra flavors and colors to your favorite grilled chicken salad.

 

Ingredients

  • 8 cups torn Romaine or iceberg lettuce
  • 1 11-ounce can Mandarin oranges, drained
  • 4 ounces grilled or smoked chicken or turkey, cut into 1/2-inch strips
  • 1/2 cup golden raisins
  • 120-ounce can pineapple tidbits, drained
  • 1/2 cup fat free ranch dressing

 

Directions

  1. Toss lettuce, Mandarin oranges, chicken or turkey, raisins and pineapple in a large bowl. Pour dressing over salad. Toss gently.
